Pros

Now that two companies have merged to form HonorHealth, the company is continuing to expand, which probably means more jobs and more upward mobility.

Cons

Stressful environment, hospital coffee shops aren't 24 hours, can take a really long time to get approved for vacations depending on department. Also, depending on department, employees may be made to feel expendable

Pros

flexible schedule Ability to work overtime

Cons

political, covers up HR investigations, releases inaccurate lab results, does nothing to rectify inaccurate lab results when presented with evidence. Management is awful. Does not care about individuals only about cost savings. Management has final say in all HR issues even when it involves their friends who are in management.
