      Pros

      - Staff at Thompson Peak are great. - Management at Thompson Peak is very supportive. - Facility is very nice and clean.

      Cons

      - Pay is incredibly underwhelming. - Task load is very high and demanding. - Techs are often used and abused with an after thought and then told we are complaining if we speak up. - Scheduled shifts are often cancelled for staffing reasons causing staff to obliterate their paid time off. This is expected and expressed with a 'deal with it' attitude.

      IT was lean and mean before Scottsdale. I would have recommended JCL as an employer to anyone. Not any more.

      IT is bloated, lacks management. No one in management can make a decision
