Great people to work with, the people that were doing the work were very helpful, cared, and were friendly.

Cons

My title was inaccurate, they didn't provide periodic performance reviews, they did give raises, but everyone seemed to get the same and it was a very, very small increase.

Ops Manager very disconnected, changes made with no real idea of impact at plant level or daily operations needs. Corporate also disconnected. Top heavy but not investing in the local level management or providing growth.
