Good job for entry-level person starting in industrial and production plant. Experienced Operators and Assistants very helpful and willing to teach. Good starter benefits.

Cons

Wages are low for Paper Mill market, Management needs training and be able to lead by example. No union, Scheduling needs attention. Focus on Safety first.
