Gross lack of communication & professionalism, questionable ethics in management, understaffed customer service department, no incentive or reward for loyalty, nepotism, unqualified managers (or no management at all). Company culture is generally negative, abusive, belittling and management not only tolerated it but was often the source. Very little job security (messaging is everyone is disposable/replaceable). Financial incentives/opportunities are only offered to select "favored" few. Overwork their employees while underpaying them. They overcharge their customers and justify pricing by promising superior installation methods while actually providing average to reckless installations.
