Pros

You can work with very little supervision

Cons

You dont get updated on anything, they are horrible in giving home owners updates and never call them back, they dont care about the customers once they get their money and sign them on contract nothing else matters , they dont order more material knowing they are running low either way , super cheap and dont even care about their employees !! very horrible. Always canceling jobs and finals at the very last minute and dont notify customers

Pros

Very family oriented company with great values and excellent customer service and treats the employees even better. The wages are fair for entry level employees and all employees have access to bonuses that improve moral.

Cons

The company is rapidly growing so quickly that employees must self train which adds extra stress to an already stressful profession. Work load can be demanding at times.

Decent pay for the work. Room for advancement in the company to an extent. New job almost daily. Good guys to work with.

Cons

Lot of driving with no company vehicle if not foreman or high up. Few non motivated and incompitent guys to work with.
