Pros

I love the atmosphere of Hopebridge. Everyone works together and offers so much help and guidance. The company overall is exceptional to work for!

Cons

The only con I can think of is occasional disorganization and miscommunication between RBT's and Management.

Pros

From the very start everyone at Hopebridge has been positive, friendly, professional, and quick to offer help. The training provided makes sure you and your clients are set up for success. The feedback from supervisors is very professional and helpful. For the first time in a while I look forward to going to work, and most days it hardly feels like work! Making a difference in someone's life in a positive environment is fulfilling. There is also room for advancement, and Hopebridge provides a fellowship and support in order to help you get to the next level.

Cons

The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have more hours, which I am sure could be negotiated.

Pros

Everyone tries to work together for what is in the kiddos’ best interests. As an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), I get to work one on one with my client’s and see their progress first hand. Under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), I get to work with my kiddos using programs tailored to their needs. After every bump I hit while working with my client’s, it’s always worth it when I get to see how far they have come. Management at the Lexington, KY clinic also tries to keep an open door for employees to express concerns. There are weekly meetings to make sure all of the employees are on the same page and doing their best to help each client. If there are any general concerns in the clinic, this is usually where they are addressed and offered solutions. The training I went through, as a requirement for getting my RBT license, made sure I had all of the knowledge I could get to be ready for my own client’s, such as shadowing other RBT’s, watching training videos, and getting supervised time working with clients. There are always learning opportunities after receiving and RBT license and being assigned to a kiddo. Not only BCBAs, but fellow RBT’s are able to help and give advice for problems that may occurs working with a client.

Cons

Due to the amount of employees in the clinic, there can be a lot of frustration with each other, but it is encouraged that it is communicated so that solutions can be found.
