-RBTs, clinic managers, trainers and BCBAs were knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with (I only can speak for my former location). -love the patients -great coworkers -offers insurance -work in a group setting

Cons

-compensation is HIGHLY variable. Although unprofessional to discuss, I know what my friends made there. Our wages were varied with seemingly no rhyme or reason. -negative corporate employees (we had a random girl —maybe bcba??—visit our clinic for the day, gossip, talk negatively about other clinics/employees and say she’d be back at some point. I overheard her ask one RBT to transfer to another clinic and speak unprofessionally about patients in her clinics. (I am new to the field, but do understand that we must speak about clients with dignity). -Random corporate employees stop by and no one

Pros

There is opportunity for growth at Hopebridge from the moment you walk in the door. The passion for what we do is shown from Home Office and trickles down to every center in the company. I will NEVER regret becoming a part of Hopebridge

Cons

With such a rapidly growing company, communication can fall to the side BUT when both sides work on what is of concern, it puts everyone on the same page. I like that Home Office is transparent and the communication is 100% a plus for me!

Pros

They offer adequate training to the BCBAs to ensure they are current with research, corporate has been very receptive to feedback from the BCBAs in the Georgia area which is refreshing. It's nice to be in such a large company but also have direct contact with the corporate office. The RBTs are awesome to work with and it's nice to have a job where you can focus on your caseload and staff versus the ins and outs of the clinic. They offer competitive pay and benefits as well.

Cons

There are some growing pains, however corporate has been receptive to feedback. There can be some lack of communication however it is understandable due to the rapid growth.
