Pros

Gained a new appreciation for company's with structure, protocols, and procedural practices! Love the kids!

Cons

Ineffective and believes the best way to lead is reciting Ted Talks and sharing the Big Mac story! No guidance, no strategic meetings for strategy, punitive with no written guidance and never owns misinstruction or lack thereof. Does not advocate for local leaders, sees them as dispensable "non-revenue generating positions". No idea what the industry standards are for ABA best practices and provides absolutely nooooo support where COVID 19 is concerned. Written up for any POSITIVE COVID 19 cases in clinics. Expected to use backpack fogger to disinfect clinics daily as an effective practice to fight COVID 19 while the cleaning crew only comes 2x per week! Provides limited structure and guidance and no formal training for clinical team. Struggles to oversee large clinical teams across the state. Most of what is shared in confidence is provided is divulged. Lacks uniformity in rules and disciplinary action. Most things are at the discretion of local clinics until a decision made is disliked. Struggles with proper insurance authorization processes. Bleeding money due to not understanding insurance practices in GA (i.e. Medicaid) lots of comped services or services on hold due to poor onboarding and poor management of payer mix practices.

Pros

What the company sets out to do - to serve children and their families - is a great service that is needed.

Cons

The company does NOT follow through or care to follow up. Bonuses are promised in the contract, but upper management specifically told me (a recruiter) to promise bonuses, however big people ask for, to get people to join. "The company has no intention of paying bonuses. They have never paid them and don't plan to. " Straight from the executive's mouth!!!! There is no communication between departments. Everyone can do their job which is great, but without communication, no department can actually succeed or even plan since they don't know anything. Upper management creates gossip and causes tension. HR is virtually nonexistent and is the root of all tension and gossip in the office! HR gives vague answers when someone is actually at the office, which is like 2x per week max! When someone is working in the HR department, they are rude and if you are lucky enough to get to speak with someone, you will always get an answer that will lead to a major issue- PTO, insurance, raises, overtime, etc. The entire HR department is a huge mess!

Pros

Fast growth opportunities and constantly needing those roles.

Cons

They need those roles constantly because of the insane turnover rate. Management is lacking to say the absolute least, especially at a regional level and from home office.
