This company did provide me the courses needed for the rbt certification.
Cons
Where to begin... They let children stay at the clinic who are obviously ill and will not send them home because they are not at 100F fever. If you happen to miss a center meeting, they will never inform you of any updates. They guilt trip you into staying if you are sick and don't inform staff if there is anything contagious going around in the clinic (COVID, lice, hand-foot-mouth). They don't bother to inform their employees about anything. Insurance removed when switching from full time to part time was never mentioned to an employee, they don't pay out PTO in AZ. They also have been running a type of behavior plan program wrong as told by the creator of the program and they are still running the program like nothing happened. Have not retrained their staff in the program as they want to brush it under the rug. Don't forget about the highschool gossip at every center as this company is just run by a popularity contest and who you know in higher positions. Your work ethic doesn't count unless you know someone. Honestly this place was awful.
