HMO, Leaves and remote opportunity

Cons

I worked there for about a year and then they laid everyone off. They posted the same position they laid people off of with lower pay! They do layoffs literally every 6 months. Before there were lay offs, I was getting a hint that they are planning to fully outsource their CS to a BPO (before then, they were we partially included in the company but this time it was full-blown). Intense micro management and no direction.

Cons

I’m glad that I don’t live in fear anymore not knowing when the next layoff might happen. No job security is a huge issue with this company especially for North American employees.
