Pros

They don't micromanage you as you work, rather focussed on results

Cons

-They hired a bunch of people last year, and now they have "let go" most of them, this included people in leadership positions… Seems like they take rush decisions and don't really mind how this will affect their employees -Even thought I have always been a top performer, there seems not to be room for growth -Salary could be better

Hopper moves quickly and trusts its team. It's a very data driven company were one can make a big impact.

Cons

Cross-team communication and collaboration is messy because each team is so autonomous
