- Very dynamic environment, shifting priorities is quite frequent - Oncall, which is not paid - Too much inhouse built technologies

Lots of room to grow as a company so there's many positions open for those who want to grow. The company is scalingquickly and is making an effort to match their investment in customer service to their growth rates

Cons

As a relatively new company things change fast and stress levels can be high.

Pros

I love Hopper and their culture. Everyone is very friendly and the company really takes care of our wellness they always keep a good and friendly environment. They’re very flexible with unforeseen circumstances.

Cons

Due to COVID-19 they had to reduce the benefits just for some employees which is a bummer and shady. They reduced salary just for some employees even from the same level.
