Pros

The company is fast-paced, ambitious and growing. Most employees are smart and focused, as is the management team. We provide apps for a lot of cool organizations in sports and entertainment..

Cons

The company is more opportunistic than strategic, reacting to trends rather than having its own vision and putting its own stake in the ground. Its focus on sales at any cost puts an unfair burden on the engineering team. Because priorities are always changing, it can feel like you're running uphill and getting nowhere.

Pros

Everyone contributes to the product. Fun company events and a cool workspace that is often used for filming tv shows and commercials. There is also really good health insurance and benefits.

Cons

As with most startups, good times flow when business is good. Layoffs are always on the back of your mind when you hear that a client has been lost. One thing I wish I'd have known was that they do not give Holiday bonuses here.

Pros

The Hopscotch team is made up of smart, passionate people who raise the bar and push you to be better - great work ethic is infectious. There is an open door policy with management and you are always made to feel heard and acknowledged. The on boarding process was simple and the benefits program is good. The Hopscotch culture is casual, fun and hardworking.

Cons

There is full work load at all times and late nights are common, mostly when deadlines are looming. That being said, management allows you to manage your time as long as you get your work done.
