Pros

Hopscotch has a wonderful culture with super smart people and a very dedicated leadership team. Working in mobile with a focus on sports and live events is a major plus. The product has tons of potential. Benefits and vacation policy are generous.

Cons

While I love the open and creative work environment, it could get a bit noisy for folks who need to concentrate. No pets allowed in the office, which is a bummer. People are expected to get a lot done each day and your performance is tracked closely -- that's not for everyone, especially lightweights.

Pros

Rapidly growing startup with extremely focused leadership. The company culture is exciting and its an encouraging environment to be a part of. Great benefits, better than any other startup I've worked for. The office is in of the coolest work spaces in LA. Free bike rentals, weekly HH, office softball team, yoga, free breakfasts, relaxed work hours. It's pretty great.

Cons

Although I wouldn't consider it a con, there are plenty of people who work past 5pm. If that is a deal breaker for you, then you might not fit the culture. People here work hard and stay late because they're passionate about their work and enjoy the job.

Clique heavy. If you don't immediately fit in, you'll beg to be given a chance- then ignored anyway.
