- The cream of the crop when it comes to working with the best people for the job - Very active - Meet lots of passengers - Supervisors always recognize efforts - Easy to get time off or pick up more hours - Best flight benefits around

Flight Benefits, and Healthcare Benefits are very good

Cons

No value is given to senior employees or the experience they bring to their positions. Work schedules are bad, no value is placed on employee opinions, management often has no idea how hard their employees work or what it takes to get the job done. Many policies are made to fit a "paper plan" and not the real work place world.
