Horizon is a great company to work for with plenty of opportunities. The travel and health benefits are amazing. The company feels like a family.

Cons

Employees are sometimes overshadowed in the Alaska Air Group. Some stations have split shifts.

Fun work environment, def a small company feel. I was a ground service agent, and I loved the job. Great benefits (you fly for free!!)

Cons

pay is high by industry standards but still lower than other occupations. Doesn't seem to be a whole lot of opportunity for upward movement
