-Good benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) -Ease of communication between different departments -Clear expectations -Good training

Cons

-Management not reliable, can be punitive -Some expectations for sales, etc. are unreasonably high -Variability with location; some cannot keep employees and stress level is very high
