The culture is unique from a lot of companies I know of and it stems from the founder and his desire to be different from other companies in all the right ways. There's a wealth of really great people who've been there a long time that helps perpetuate the "Horizon" culture.

Cons

Shifts in executive leadership are causing a shift away from the "Horizon" culture towards being "just another company" and not in any of the right ways...

My coworkers are friendly and awesome.

Cons

Not as bad as some Amazon worker stories I've read, but this company can be very (unnecessarily) stressful. They have a strong emphasis on meeting productivity numbers. This can sometimes lead to employees taking shortcuts to improve their numbers that reduce the quality of their work and/or create extra work for others.
