Process wasn't overly extended which can often be the case. Had a good spread of conversations some local within the EMEA structure and a good number across the wider company. All the conversations were positive and also interested in what value i can bring to an org and company that's building

Cons

No significant cons. As always moving from a highly structured public company to a private start up can always lead to nervousness and structural questions, However thats why you hire folks with the experience to help build it
