Pros

HR and Recruiting were very accommodating in terms of expediting the interview process because I was approaching an offer with another company. The interviewers were energetic and engaging, and left me feeling excited about joining the team.

Cons

No real cons, except for it being a fast-paced environment and not a ton of time for true onboarding. However if you're joining a startup, thats to be expected.
