      Great Company, seriously great CEO and Founder that talks to you openly Great peers to work with Great product that customers really love You are in control

      Cons

      Startup growing pains. Onboarding a bit rough with things not being sorted Startup mentality, you have ownership of most things including your workload (maybe not suitable for everyone) Lots of information in a lot of places, have to search sometimes Over reliance on Slack, more channels than staff members it seems

      Working at H3 has been an incredible experience! The company culture is fantastic – everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other’s success. Unbelievably transparent leadership team who is always available for guidance and feedback. What truly sets H3 apart is the genuine focus on employee well-being. There’s always something exciting going on, from team-building events to wellness programs that make everyone feel valued. The flexibility in work hours is also a huge plus, and remote work options make it easy to stay productive from anywhere.
