Culture is not diverse or inclusive. More focused on achieving "results" than nurturing and growing their diverse talent. Micro-managing is rampant. Had I known this company placed a higher value on $ than human beings, I would not have accepted my offer.

This is an improvement from recent years i have been told, but how is it fair that an hourly associate makes double time and a supervisor gets straight time. - Company is full of lifers who sit in entry positions that are desired with no want to be promoted - Company preaches a work-life balance but just finishing up my first year I work 37 our of 52 weekends, many in which included both Saturday's and Sundays. - Those that do not network and have connections typically are overseen for promotions. - A health analysis is given after 2 years of employment, those who are overweight are charged weekly by the company based on your bill of health, up to $8 a week.
