Pros

Great place to start right out of college. Immediately get frontline management experience that will allow you to build many new skills and help you strengthen other skills. You will learn many new computer systems that will make you very marketable. The flagship plant has a lot of young talent and a great atmosphere within the management team. Vacation time is great. I had many days off in my time there from vacation and built up time. Very fast paced and always on the go. No down time and never boring, always things to be doing and new processes to be learning. You get to have the responsibility of running an area by yourself and being held accountable for it. Lot of pride in your work.

Cons

Managers are expected to work 10.5 hours a day and you will, most days are longer than that, but it has gotten a lot better and they are working to meet the needs of work-life balance. There is some wasted talent and not enough internal movement between areas. A lot of times people are kept in one area for too long. There is also a large problem with gossip and rumors that tend to hurt peoples' careers, true or not.

Pros

Good Pay and Benefits, career opportunities exist

Cons

Terrible work life balance. 4 days off a month is not good along with 10-12 hour shifts.

Pros

Great starting job right out of college.

Cons

Worker harder not smarter. Don't care about any other experience you may have. Have to be with the right crowd to promote.
