Competitive Pay, good benefits, vacation and sick time. Monday through Friday hours. Shop has heat and a/c... Trying to fill this 20 word minimum.

Cons

Very poor management, poor communication toward customers causing constant issues with production. No communication with employees, no incentive, no review. Very low moral.
