Pros

While there is plenty of nepotism within the organization that has no hindered any growth potential as long as you are willing to work hard and work as a team. They take really good care of their employees providing excellent benefits, annual compensation increases, company parties and much more.

Cons

There has been so much growth over the past 3-5 years that many policies need to be adapted and rewritten to accommodate the new workforce and advances in technologies.

Great work opportunities with lots of support and expertise available to complete it. Quite probably the most engaged civil engineering company in the state of Utah. Very very strong client relationships. When the company does well, they do some very nice things for their employees.

Cons

Because of the work load, sometimes people can become so busy and involved that they put on blinders to what else is going on around them. Communication is dependent on the employee bringing concerns up with management and not so much the other way around. If you have a concern, talk to someone about it before it becomes a problem.
