Pros

Positive and welcoming culture. Comfortable and accommodating work space. Support from upper and lower levels. Competitive and generous compensation, including PTO. Plenty of opportunity to develop within a specific role. Regularly scheduled company parties, in office treats and luncheons.

Cons

With a significant amount of growth, sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the new faces. But growth is a good thing, right?

The firm is probably the best firm in Utah with the smartest, most talented employees in the industry.

Cons

Having the best in the industry means you have to sometimes deal with egos. But the firm is big enough that this is absorbed by other employees.
