Great people leading from the front. Growing scale brings fantastic internal opportunities; just when you thought working in Hortonworks couldn't get any better, our Engineering team launch Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP) version 3.0. Game changer.

Pros

Our clients coming from the biggest companies around the globe therefore the expectations are really high on our product. Luckily this is accomplished with great talents in different teams across Hortonworks which helps you resolve your daily challenges. I didn't have any issues with work life balance and having great experience with our management regarding day-to-day tasks and long-term vision as well.

Cons

As a fast growing company sometimes information is not spreading equally across different teams and it can cause confusion, although this isn't something serious at all.
