I came on board 4 years ago because I believed it was a growing company with good opportunity for advancement and it has really paid off. I have worked my way into a job I really enjoy and I have a great boss. For 3 years, the company has paid for training to upgrade my skills.

Cons

There is always a great deal of work to get done and expectations are high.

Great coworkers, Great Exercise

Cons

Terrible management, harsh and very dangerous working conditions, no advancement opportunities, forced overtime, management will promise you one pay wage but give less and raises are very little and few, turnover rate is very high.
