Get paid pretty well independent job for the most part

Cons

Never can get ahold of dispatch if you have a problem with customer or to pay the customer out so you’re at each stop way longer than needed

People that do the tough work out on the floor. Office is more like a family. Pay was good. Not much else good to say

Cons

Management and owners are liars and will do so to your face. You are expendable and there is little structure or follow through

Work at your own pace

Cons

No overtime at all even when they need other things done they want you to do it in 8 hours and there's no way....very small raises. It is very hot but bearable
