Easy company to work for. Flexible.

Cons

Below average salary compared to similar roles and similar companies. Closed sites on west coast with slow communication. Maintenance didn't appear to be a priority. Internal organization could be overhauled for efficiency. Inventory systems in desperate need of modernizing. No real HR or Safety presence and outlying locations.

Lots to learn. High quality product produced.

Cons

Too many politics. Too many favors. Bad behavior and horrific work ethics rewarded. Time theft is accepted. Lies are allowed. Upper management too stuck on theirselves to have their heads in the clouds that they can’t fathom anything wrong. Unrealistic people paying contractors unbelievable prices and running the company into the ground.
