Great Coworkers, Management Changes for the worst

Awesome coworkers who actually care about you.

Cons

-new management doesn’t care about your issues but doesn’t see a problem in working from home during theirs - will overwork you, causing extra stress - don’t listen when you say you need help - pay is below average for office employees

Great work/home life. Accommodates health issues, allows Paid Time Off and Sick Time. 401K.

Cons

Very Labor intensive. must be able to life 50-75 LBS. Will be working with Tempered or raw Glass, so always a chance of injury if precautions are not taken, within the guidelines the job gives.
