People that do the tough work out on the floor. Office is more like a family. Pay was good. Not much else good to say

Management and owners are liars and will do so to your face. You are expendable and there is little structure or follow through

No overtime at all even when they need other things done they want you to do it in 8 hours and there's no way....very small raises. It is very hot but bearable

Some of the people I worked with were good people.

Ham-fisted and largely ignorant ownership; no organizational trust; poor handling of human resources; poor communication; lacking some basic tools to manage business like written SOPs, structured feedback, or performance reviews.
