Great company if you have the entrepreneurial spirit, allows leaders to lead and run their hotels. Many tools to help you

Cons

continue to get moved to different higher ups. becomes frustrating and some do not believe in allowing GMs to be the CEO. Not enough help/tools to develop team members.

Great Leadership at the Corporate Level is paired with Excellent Communication down to the line level employees. Everyone is valued in the organization.

Cons

Working in the Hospitality Industry, specifically at Hotels & Resorts can be a fast paced demanding career. This isn't always a great fit for everyone.
