Working with HVMG corporate they truly understand what we are doing at the level of hotel services and have walked in our shoes. Their Leadership teams are built on the foundations of many years of actual experience in the field. They understand what it is like working directly with associates and guests and that shows. Their mission, "To have our guests, associates and partners LOVE us" is exactly what is missing in most corporations. I am so happy to represent a company who aligns with my own beliefs. I appreciate their quick response when we need assistance. I appreciate their many styles of communication to ensure we have the proper information and education on company processes and procedures. I enjoy our HR Roundtables each month and love networking with other HRD's in the same business.

Pros

The company is very engaging. There are no pretenses and the leadership walks the walk. They believe in being a support to the hotels, not creating a lot of unnecessary work for the team but is more focused on ways each team can live our purpose.

Cons

There are always opportunities with every company but the great news is that they listen to the employees and work to try to improve.
