Property level associates are wonderful.

Cons

Executives micromanage you to death. Very negative company to work for. They are constantly pushing their managers to do more. Setting high goals are one thing, setting unattainable goals are another. And when you fail to make them you are publically ridiculed / embarrassed through "Progress Reports" that are sent to all managers in the company. Work loads are so heavy and the constant reporting keep you glued to your desk. Managers are spread so thin they must work at home and on weekends in order to meet all the deadlines this company requires.

Was working with the guest. Able to meet great front desk staff and enjoyed teaching my staff. Building relationship with my staff.

Cons

Lack of loyalty. Weak leadership and organization. Weak culture and cultivates a weak morale among workers. Lack of senior guidance!! Understanding of the hospitality industry. My 1 st year was great all down hill after that.

Company was a great place to work initially but since the arrival of the new COO, Richard Jones, it has become cut throat, back stabbing, lacking of any loyalty to great team members and totally focused on the new COO's ambition to become the new CEO.
