Pros
I can't think of any good reasons at this time.
Cons
They like to play around with your money. If you make a mistake and your alarm clock does not go off and you call to let them know it was a mistake they don't care and you get three days off with no pay. Any time you take off at all for any reason you get three days off. They don't mind taking hours away from you when they guaranteed you 40 hours. They lie to make you afraid you are breaking some law when in fact it's just a policy of there's. Over all they don't care about the people that work for them at all. All they care about is the company and how they can make money.
