Cons

Not a con by any means, more of a straight forward heads up… I call a company like Hotel Equities the “big leagues,” because you have to be ready to bring your A game all the time because that is what is expected. You will become a better hospitality professional through HE, without question.

Pros

Really like the company when I first started aligned with my values and my expectations. Support when needed. Allowed to do my job

Cons

The last few months it seemed like the entire culture changed. GM’s had no support at least I didn’t. No help from corporate it was more focused on employees and less focused on the GM as an employee definitely the scapegoat for everything. And no I diy job correctly.
