Great culture, good company to learn about the industry without all the unnecessary pressures that you experience with typical hotel management companies.

Cons

Growth potential minimal; a bit "clickish". Needs to expand training and management development program. Salaries competitive, I guess considering the companies size. Overall still has some growing up to do.

Not the company it used to be, looking for something better

Pros

good hotel brands and for the most part decent properties, friendly coworkers who have for the most part been around awhile. There are career growth possibilities if you are part of the right group. Benefits are OK, but at least they do exist.

Cons

micro managed by operation "coaches", no raises or salary reviews for years now, very much a "teachers pet" type of company. The growth I have seen here over the last couple of years has had a negative effect on the overall company, despite efforts to say otherwise.
