Very friendly group of people to work with. The company revolves around hospitality, and it shows in the company culture. My boss creates a work environment for me that encourages learning and growth. I am happy to work for such a great company!

Cons

My commute is longer than I would like, but that has nothing to do with the work environment!

Support at the property level. Salary not in line with industry. Reporting structure is to much. Communication among corporate level and property level.
