Pros

The only pros I can think of would be the hotel discounts and the guest interactions. I met so many unique individuals it kept the job interesting.

Cons

Everything was unorganized and falling apart. it took forever for things to get fixed and there was too much drama for one work place. Managers let things slide for fear of losing employees and they never hired enough people.

Pros

If you referred someone for a management position you received $500 after they made their 90 days.

Cons

This company has no clue what they are doing. I put in my 2 weeks notice which they accepted but didnt want me to work the 2 weeks which is normal, but they gave me the biggest fit about not paying me for those 2 weeks. Then it took forever when I bugged them enough that they finally agreed to pay me. I also had an expense check that I turned in on my last day of employment that took a very long time to get to me, like a month. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They are badgering and belittling too. The hotel was run down with mold and the renovations were shotting and horrible. I tripped and fell and they asked that I please dont sue them. They do not have a clue how to run a hotel.

Pros

The company tripled in size just this year alone, and it shows far and wide. All of those hotel additions look good on paper, but what about treating your associates the way you would like your guests treated? Certain people at corporate actually care, but get so tied up in the daily grind you never hear from them anymore. The accounting team has pretty much stayed the same, really that's the only positive aspect from the corporate HQ.

Cons

Too much growth too quick is a bad thing to have. Adding more hotels than you can handle, and then basically forget about the others is what's been happening. They have more GM vacancies than they can fill daily, and it's a wonder why. I've worked for the company for several years now, I used to like when everyone would know your name, now you're just a number.
