Hotels.com is hands down the best of the EG brands to work for...feels still much more relaxed when comparing the corporate Expedia. The hierarchy is super flat, and the CEO is very hands-on - very likeable guy who does his best to address any feedback coming his way.

Cons

Getting promotions can take years, even for over-performers(unless you change roles). Dallas / London divide...it feels like London should be the real HQ

* A global brand with really interesting customer problems to solve * A lot of really smart, fun, engaged, and capable people to work with * Great work/life balance * Global workforce, great experience working with other cultures * Good benefits * Office location * Good opportunities to move and grow your career * A lot of autonomy given if you show responsibility * Easily the best brand/org to work for in Expedia Group * Management who encourage good ideas, initiative, and give credit where it's due

Cons

* Turnover has been a problem in the last 12-18 months * Difficult to move up if you're not located in London or Seattle
