We're so glad to hear you enjoy our work-life balance culture we have here! We try very hard to make sure our employees enjoy the work they do at Hotels.com, but also want to ensure that they feel they have much more time to enjoy the rest of what life offers. Thanks for your comment on the amount of jobs outside the London office - we take comments on Glassdoor seriously and use them to help us make sure we're making a great workplace for everyone.

Pros

- nice offices (Angel office London recently renovated) - travel discounts

Cons

Where do I start? I can’t understand, for the life of me how 36% of the reviewers recommend Adam Jay. He is an incredibly sexist, uninspiring leader who has undone Johan’s great work in a matter of months. He’s created a very uninspiring boys club of a leadership, driving the company towards a cliff. Expect heavy churn!

Thanks for taking the time to write an Hcom review, we are sorry to hear your feedback, but rest assured Adam and all of the Hotels.com leadership are committed to gender balance and diversity at Hotels.com. We have made good progress against our diversity goals, but also recognise there is more work to be done to continue to build on the inclusive environment we all value here at Expedia Group. We encourage employees to share feedback, participate in inclusion training and to embrace our gender balanced goals while recruiting. Thank you again and best of luck in the future with your new role.

Pros

The people at this company are very relaxed. The work life balance is perhaps the best in the world.

Cons

It can be tough to get things done, as the company does not work very fast, and is reluctant to prioritise adoption of cutting-edge technology.
