Pros

- nice offices - remote working - great benefits - great salary

Cons

Joining the wrong team may become 6 (or more) long months of pain since internal job change is not possible within the first 6 months of employment. Management fails to address complaints and escalating the issues doesn't help. They rather try to forcefully change your mind rather than addressing the underlying issue. Utter lack of confidentiality in the management layer, so you should be very careful who you talk to. Reaching out to HR for help is useless and counter-productive as I have learned on my skin in the past few months.
