Has become a political mess that doesn't know who it is anymore

- Decent work/life balance (WFH, Maternity, Paternity, etc.) - Very nice offices

Cons

- Has turned very political in recent years with the 'Oxbridge' set being promoted/ rewarded and everyone else left to stagnate. - Although always part of Expedia Group it used to feel more like a startup within the bigger org., now feels like we are just unimportant cogs in the wheel waiting for Expedia brand to roll us into their org or make everyone redundant. - Pay is nowhere as close to industry averages as they would like you to think.

A lot of TALK about innovation and paying for performance

Pros

There are some very talented and friendly people working here. The work-life balance is very good.

Cons

There is a reason we dropped out of the best places to work list. Many of the most talented and driven employees get frustrated with the politics and the lack of innovation and leave within 1-3 years. I can't say I blame them.
