Pros

The company really respects its employees, and has number of great perks. There are in office happy hours, a number of appreciation gifts throughout the year, and a great feeling of camaraderie. It is a fast growing company in the tech industry, so there is great for change and innovation.

Cons

No a clear structure for advancement, leading to a lot of turnover within the organization. HR policies are often not clear upon hiring.

The company kept us up to date on the direction management was taking us.

Cons

Management made changes to our work tasks without an understanding of our process fully which created more problems than they solved.
