Pros

Fun environment, with good perks and decent hours.

Cons

Ego intensive culture. Every team is different and if you're fortunate, you work for someone who respects what you do and the talent you bring to the team. Unfortunately, there are too many managers who treat their team members like commodities and have no qualms about taking all the credit.

Pros

It is a very rewarding company to work if you do exactly what they want you to.

Cons

Do not tell any truth to any boss that make him or her to be upset with you because if you leave the company in a good term and after a while wants to return this person will not let you in even thou you pass in all the interviews, hr tells you everything is OK, you will never get the job
