Pros

- Fantastic company culture with a great office space in a vibrant area of London. - Fast paced and fulfilling work environment. No two days are ever the same. - Fun place to work. Ping pong and table football can be taken advantage of during down time. Roof terrace can be enjoyed on summer days and evenings, particularly when there is a BBQ on! - Technology culture of continuous improvement and platform advancement, with plenty of scope for innovation - and a leadership team that embraces and actively encourages it.

Cons

- Increasingly difficult to book meeting rooms as the company expands.

Pros

The main pros are: - General relaxed environment. - The office is also very multicultural - Very good salary and benefits - Flexible working hours

Cons

The main cons from techical point of view is the total absence of trust in the development teams. They have hired wrong people and they don't trust them. Every tentative to bring some innovation is filtered out from the architecture team and rejected. Eventually they arrive at the same pooposed solution...the next 6 months. Also the burocracy is second to any other company I have worked before. Realeasing in production is a tedios process that takes ages. The development teams does not have access to the production environment but they have to leverage on the tech ops team that is undersized. Another cons is that, in the IT depratment, is very hard to get promoted. Making your job well is usually not enough. You have to be a good politician as well, don't be honest. At th end of the day, you will struggle to deliver something in production as you have designed it.
