Pros

Housecall Pro has been an amazing place to work. You get to work with awesome people and help small businesses have a greater impact on their community. The software is always evolving which allows you to learn new ways to help our clients. If you thrive in constantly being pushed to exceed and learning new things you’ve come to the right place!

Cons

Not being to drink a beer on Fridays with the team now that we’re remote.

I think most of us lament not being able to get together face to face - the human connection that drives so much of our culture. We've done well over the last 8 months despite these extraordinary times, much to the credit of our People team and our Founders. I think the mission that we have is a big driver of our success as well; as you said we are in service to small businesses in the trades and we are lucky to do work that really matters. Thanks for being part our team.

Pros

Housecall has been a great opportunity for me to learn and grow in my career, as it was my first job out of college and now I've been here 4 years. Theres opportunity to move within the company to where you are a best fit and can do your best work. Also opportunity to move upward in the company as they do promote from within. The people you will work with is a huge plus. Housecall invests in who they hire. Culture is amazing. I like how everyone is aligned behind the idea of helping our customers and pushing the needle forward. Execs are great leaders. Strong Vision. and Trust within the company.

Cons

I think pay is on the lower side.

To find a great job right out of college is something that can change the arc of your career and your life (think about how many conversations you have at dinner w friends and family about your work and your opportunity / challenges). Great Company!

Pros

Fun yet hard-working environment. The managers and team leaders take time to pour into their team members and support them inside and outside of work. Casual work attire. High speed and ever-changing. Great pay, especially as someone in their mid-20s, and recently graduated from college. I only left because I was pursuing further education outside of the business and technology world.

Cons

Start-up environment so some positions are changing often and people can be moved around frequently.
