Pros

Highly motivated group of individuals looking to become the top players in the market for service apps. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very ambitious.

Cons

I really can't think of anything negative about this company. It is probably the best place I've worked at.

Pros

-The people! The culture here is amazing and a everyone is pushing hard everyday to make this company succeed. Very supportive and super friendly! -Get to wear flip flops and shorts to work everyday -Transparency from management is great -Opportunity for advancement very quickly -The Keg!

Cons

-Not really a Con but things are always changing because we are a start-up, so expect that.

Pros

*Start-up environment. Not your typical stuffy corporate office *Amazing co-workers. We're all about the culture fit *Management actually cares. They provide feedback, support and they genuinely care.

Cons

Very few. Sometimes the work week can be long, but that can happy anywhere. No 401k or Dental/Vision.

What drew me to join Housecall is exactly what you are speaking to as well, the Founders really do care. We strive to be transparent and fair.
